Everything went good! We made an appt for 12pm for an oil change & also for the car acting like it was hesitant to start. Desmond stated he knew exactly what is was, sin We made an appt for 12pm for an oil change & also for the car acting like it was hesitant to start. Desmond stated he knew exactly what is was, since we had just got a new battery a few months ago. It was told to us, that an update should've been done when the battery was replaced in Aug 2022. We found out the battery that was replaced in Aug. 2022, was no good now, and needed to be replaced. Also the update that was supposed to be done in Aug. 2022, needed to be done as well. The service took longer than expected, bit Desmond kept us informed the whole time & this was appreciated. . More
