Took car in for a “quick check” for an engine light, left waiting with no communication. Finally told the car had to stay overnight. After 30-hours, received proposal for nearly $8,000 worth of suggested r waiting with no communication. Finally told the car had to stay overnight. After 30-hours, received proposal for nearly $8,000 worth of suggested repairs; none of which answered why the check engine light came on. Repeated attempts to contact service tech went unanswered; they apparently had the day off. Received a $100 oil change, light was out, no one to talk with about debacle. NEVER again, will I have work done here. Terrible communications on top of a total shakedown operation. More
