Amber is the best, she goes above and beyond! I worked with her for over a year to get my Highlander Hybrid. She always kept me informed on the search for my SUV. Received it and Amber spent time to teach me all the buttons and there are a lot! Then worked with Mo in the financial department and the process was painless. He explained everything very well. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased here. They really care about their customers. The service department is the absolute best that I have every used - Total of 3 vehicles used the service department. Steve Curry was my service advisor for over 10 years, he got promoted so I'm starting with a new advisor Desmond now. Freeman Toyota is the absolute best to deal with.
