I love Freeman Toyota. It is family owned and has been in business since 1954. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy or lease a new car. I wanted 5 hours when the service was done in 2 hours. I called my service advisor and he did not pick up the few times I called him. The front office did not help. One told me she’ll call back when it’s I called my service advisor and he did not pick up the few times I called him. The front office did not help. One told me she’ll call back when it’s ready only to have me wait the extra 2 hours. The online service chat said they’ll email me about my service only have them to waste my time.
