Bill was friendly and professional through the entire process. We only went for a test drive and were not planning on buying that night but Bill was so easy going and personable, that we were able to jus process. Unfortunately, keep your guard up dealing with the finance dept. because I had to come back the next day and take off additional warranty packages that I didn't agree to buy.
