The service and appointment were excellent. I called my rep my appointment was set up. I was asked beforehand if I was staying or dropping off I decided to drop off. Both Dwaine Baldwin and Bill Bates were great people to work with. Since Dwaine had to attend a funeral, he Bill Bates to take care of me. Bill Bates did an excellent job.
