We gave Matt a call about a wheel lock we were missing from a purchase in March. We had just recently moved to another state and had tried to get our tires rotated and was not able to have the service don from a purchase in March. We had just recently moved to another state and had tried to get our tires rotated and was not able to have the service done. He just asked us to take a picture of the lug nut with the lock on it and he would take care of us. He then made sure that it was over nighted to us with no questions asked.
