Jeremy Coffelt was great to work with, low key, no sales pressure, and most importantly, responsive. He worked with me on the deal and we came to a fair arrangement, again, considering current market conditions. I will say I was extremely disappointed by the sales approach in Finance. I have been in Sales for 27 years and I can only describe it as borderline unethical and self-serving. I understand they have a job to do, and likely receive a commission off the extra packages, but the entire process/sell left a very bitter taste in my mouth. For other customers, demand to see the pricing, don't let them sell you on a monthly payment and hide the actual cost of the services they are trying to sell you. More
