This was a routine service appointment, oil change and tire rotation, with a state inspection added. However, sometimes unforeseen and uncontrollable events can occur that affect timelines with service work. Computer issues caused a disruption in the timeline of my service work that were difficult to resolve, because of the domino effect it created. Even so, Mr. Curry, worked diligently to keep his customers updated on what progress was being made while attempts were made to resolve this problem. He maintained his professionalism and did all that was possible to assist with the situation in spite of these trying circumstances. I’ve been coming to this dealership for five years, and Steve Curry has always provided five star service every time. He’s a conscientious and accommodating service provider making Freeman Toyota a preferred dealership to me.
