It was the worst experience for me. before the sale I was called everyday now everyone is gone. After a 164 point check how someone can not check Coolant and steering level. When I arrived at your dealership, it took 15 minutes before a sales person was available to talk to me. When a salesman did show up, he apologized for the wait. But, because of another sales appointm before a sales person was available to talk to me. When a salesman did show up, he apologized for the wait. But, because of another sales appointment that he was expecting, he said that another sales person was going to be called to speak with me. After another 15 minute wait, Collin showed up. A very nice young man...5-stars. Collin apologized for the wait, but had to dash off to complete some paperwork that he was carrying. After another 15 minute wait he returned and we sat down to talk. I showed Collin a sales promotion letter that had arrived in my mail box from BJ Stankovich, and that I would buy the new Highlander at the listed promotional price. However, it was obvious that Collin was not made aware of the promotional letter by his new car sales manager. As we talked, he had to read the letter several times to see what it said, but seemed not to fully understand the promotional details. Collin took the letter to his sales manager. Then, came back with a price $2,000 higher than the promotional letter listed. I said no to that price and told him that the sales manager needed to honor the promotional letter price. Collin made several more trips to his sales manager before finally coming back with the correct price that I could agree to. This back and forth was not a happy experience for me. Therefore, I'm giving your sales manager a 1-star rating for NOT informing the sales staff about the promotional letter. However, I'm giving the salesman, Collin 5-stars.
