I arrived roughly 20 minutes prior to my 10:05 am appointment on Saturday July 12, 2025. There were enough cars in line to be seen that I was parked on the HWY 121 frontage road for a short period. I didn't get a chance to see the service writer until I'd been there for almost an hour. Throughout that whole period, I was left to wait in my car. Peter made it right by expediting the service, but it definitely seemed like there was a lack of foresight as to the volume of customers the service department was expecting. Peter saved the situation by putting in the extra effort. He clearly recognized how frustrated I and other customers were. I have no complaints, as far as any other aspect of the service process, for that visit. More
