I was kept waiting about an hour and 20 minutes for my oil change before they asked to do the add on services. I suggest they hit you with those earlier in your appointment. The wait was too long. I waited for 3 hours to get my car done. When the advisor told me prior it would take only 1 hour and it took 3 hours without being updated on stat I waited for 3 hours to get my car done.
