Confusion on appt. setter never got entered into the system.Show up for morning appt and took all day. They were prompt and courteous. However it took 3 calls after 8 hours of work to find out they couldn't find anything wrong. People were curteous, friendly. I wasn't prepared for a 5 hour wait as I was told initially 2-2 1/2. This may have been due to extra work I requested.
