They were prompt and courteous. However it took 3 calls after 8 hours of work to find out they couldn't find anything wrong. Honest and fair! I was convinced I had an issue with my transmission. Diagnosis was an exhaust related issue - price quoted - price didn't change and work was done I was convinced I had an issue with my transmission.
