I picked up my 2024 Highlander on January 29. Four days (February 2) later it would not start, was totally dead. It's now February 14 and I still do not have my brand new car. While I appreciate the need to order/receive parts, it's about to the point that I just want to ask for a different new car. I got a notice today that the trial on one of the connected services is about to wear out - too bad that I'm not able to give that service a try. Amber Minor is my sales person and she has been GREAT. Keeping me updated and working out a loaner car but there's just something wrong with this kind of performance in a brand new car. I have a 2011 Highlander with 135,000+ miles so I know this is not normal - am about ready to wish I hadn't bought the new one. My trade in was valued at more than the new Highlander I bought. I have also yet to see the check for about $400. Was told it would be mailed to me when everything was complete - not sure what's not complete in nearly 2 weeks. More

I love Adam Minkley. I didn't like when I brought my car to be serviced, not this last time but the time before they wanted to charge me for something I didn't ask for. I told the guy, that I don't usually pay during my maintenance. And the guy told me "people pay all the time." He was rude. So Adam had me see someone else and I didn't have to pay anything because it turns out I had the package for the maintenance coverage. More

Much better service than last time, but still some issues. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation and my advisor showed me a “minimum cost” that had hidden services I didn’t ask for. If I would have not asked about it I would have been charged for services I didn’t ask for….thats sketchy business. Once I pointed it out he then took those charges off. It also took a very long time for the valet to pull my truck around. Still overall better service than my last visit, and much less wait time for my oil change than usual. More
