My interaction with Mo in Financing was the only reason I marked Freeman as high as I did. He was pleasant and seemed like an honest family man who spoke highly of the company. I was buying out my lease - marked Freeman as high as I did. He was pleasant and seemed like an honest family man who spoke highly of the company. I was buying out my lease - should be easy, right? Nope, Sam, the used car manager, wasted two hours of of time trying to be slick and shady talking payments and was reluctant to show me interest rate or send me to finance. Ridiculous. I should have been in and out in an hour but was there for three. I need to buy my daughter a car (we’re Toyota fans) but won’t be doing it here. Good job Shady Sam. More

On May 8, 2023, I went to the dealership to make sure I had the correct service person’s name “Peter Stevenson” to put in my complaint. I spoke with Desmond Ager my usual service person. Mr. Ager was informed of what transpired on April 29, 2023 and especially the rudeness I experienced. The gall of Stevenson suggesting I pay for something I did not break at a price of $312.40. And then I had to inform Stevenson it was the wrong replacement part and would not fit my rims. Mr. Ager walk with me over to the parts section verified with me the actual part required and made sure I left with the correct parts. I was well pleased with Mr. Ager service. This review is base solely on the service provided by Mr. Ager. If he did not work for Freeman Toyota I would take my business elsewhere. More
