I'm so impressed with Freeman Toyota Service Dept. I had a squeak coming from the back of my truck. They initially thought it was my brakes and cost me nearly $300. The service advisor, Tim Farrand was awesome and is the sole reason for 5 stars. The mechanic's ability to get the job done right the first time was questionable if not unacceptable. Regardless, when the mechanic had issues and the outcome was not as desired, Tim took care of it. This focus on customer service to me is the most important, especially when mechanical/technical issues arise. He coordinated to make sure further efforts were done right. I've been going here for 8 years to get routine service and occasional repair work. If they ever get rid of Tim as a service advisor I will likely not come back since it is so hard to find or re-establish honesty/transparency and the customer focus he demonstrates. I have dealt with other service advisors in his absence and was unimpressed. Good job Tim, you got your location 5 stars when they probably earned 2 without your efforts. More
