Not happy. My service advisor tried price gouging me. Told me he would take my truck back and check alignment and if he found no issue with it then it would be My service advisor tried price gouging me. I highly doubt if I would have said yes they wouldnt have found something wrong, just so they could charge me. it seemed very dishonest. Also 2 hours is a ridiculous wait time for an oil change on a Monday. Also nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. More

We’ve been going to freeman Toyota in about 15 months it’s been a great experience. We’re a transportation company we drive in about 60 miles a year each vehicle we have. Terrible customer service, waited 6 hours for a routine service call and alignment with an appointment, i was not a walk in. Left the shop and my alignment was worse, as soon as i hit the highway my truck service call and alignment with an appointment, i was not a walk in.
