on my Tacoma, they over tighten the oil pan release bolt and broke the o-ring. I had to take it to another shop to fix the problem. On my Runner, even though I made an appointment for service ( oil change and broke the o-ring. I had to take it to another shop to fix the problem. On my Runner, even though I made an appointment for service ( oil change and lease agreement service) they took 3 hours to get it done. Also, they don't refill tires with Nitrogen but they use it as a selling point. More

Desmond was our go to guy in getting this situation fixed. While waiting on our leased Corolla to be repaired, we met with Muhammed Ahmed to talk about the next 3 months remaining on our lease. All in all we decided after talking with Mr. Ahmed to turn our current Corolla in and redo a new lease on a 2023 Corolla. Everything went very smoothly down to meeting with Brandon in the finance department. This is our 3rd car to lease from Freeman Toyota and every time the experience is flawless. This has been by far the easiest transaction to date. We learned about Freeman Toyota through Jerry Reynolds Car Pro Show on radio WBAP, which I listen to every Saturday. I've listened to Dane Miner talk about Freeman, and I have heard the employees at Freeman talk about Dane. He runs a great business and has great respect from not only his employees but me and my wife also. Looking forward to continued business in the years to come. More
