this is the second time in a row that my schedule oil change took over 2 hours. The first time was 2 hours and 15 minutes and the second time took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Both instances resulted in me mi change took over 2 hours. The first time was 2 hours and 15 minutes and the second time took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Both instances resulted in me missing important business meetings. I have two more free oil changes but will not be going back. We'll also be buying a new 4runner next year but it will not be from Freeman Toyota. It amazes me that they can be this incompetent. More
