Back in Jan. and Feb .I called Desmond Adger to make an appt. to get my oil changed.i He ignored me and after he was told I had been trying to reach him he call and Feb .I called Desmond Adger to make an appt. to get my oil changed.i He ignored me and after he was told I had been trying to reach him he called me and told me he would give me a number I could reach him at, he lied to me! After trying for six weeks to get an oil change I finally made an appt. with the call in lady. I asked for him when I showed up and explained how I felt disrespected. He asked me for a second chance. I said ok. I just called in (3-10) and tried to make an appt. for a friend He texted me he would get back to me in a minute. Like a fool I believed him and waited, he never did. After 45 minutes i texted him and asked why he hated me He finally called with all his usual excuses. Can anybody explain to me why I should continue to do business with Freeman? More

Took in my vehicle for a recalled part. They had it from 9:30am to 4:30pm. They called me at 2:30 to let me know the technician was just starting to work on my car. When I finally got my ca They had it from 9:30am to 4:30pm. They called me at 2:30 to let me know the technician was just starting to work on my car.
