They spend alot of time and pressure upselling things like "highly recommend" oil additives in an oil change for a brand new truck, or "rodent control" that's not guaranteed or needed. I'm concerned that the service level has dropped there. Nobody greeted me at the entrance, I parked and waited for a service rep. And waited... What's going on there?
