Overall it was a pleasant vehicle purchase and that's what I as a consumer look for in buying a truck. I choose the crew cab LTZ , due to it!s horsepower, upgraded exhaust pkg, creature comforts & price/value. this truck is as responsive as the FX, every bit as fast & easy to maneuver in traffic. It's an all around pleasure to drive like the FX was. Dwayne was helpful & available, Mike was also helpful in working out the numbers to complete the purchase. Bought a car on Friday night had to bring it back on Saturday morning do to the passenger rear door would not open from the inside also the air bag light came on on the way home Friday night. I need to Saturday morning do to the passenger rear door would not open from the inside also the air bag light came on on the way home Friday night. I need to bring the car back in again because the head liner is falling down and some of the Crome trim around the shifter is pealin off. Was told I had alloy wheels to later find out they were Crome hub caps. I was a little disappointed in the car for being a certified car. Would think a little harder before I buy another car from there and not sure if I would come back to buy another. When I bring the car in the service was good. More
