Exceeded my expectations I had been car shopping for weeks. My credit is not great, I had a small down payment, and no vehicle of my own to make it in to the dealership so I w I had been car shopping for weeks. Krista was so helpful, informative, and understanding, and so was the rest of the team at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Jesse worked with me to get me a great car within my budget, without trying to haggle or upsell. He and the finance manager, Mike, were honest and easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable - I had never felt this at ease and not pressured at any dealership I have ever been to! They really turned my frustrating experience into a great one and I know that it was not easy. I was there later in the evening close to their closing time, and not once did I feel rushed or as if they were brushing me off so they wouldn't have to stay late. Customer service in service department Took the car in for what I thought should be a warranty claim they denied it to be a warranty claim without even taking the time to look at it I got Took the car in for what I thought should be a warranty claim they denied it to be a warranty claim without even taking the time to look at it I got heated and was asked to leave. They were rude and very short and on almost brand-new loaded Malibu they should have at least found the root of the problem before saying there is no way Chevy would cover it. More

Great Dealership Experience I'd been somewhat dreading going in to actually purchase our new vehicle, given all the things I've heard about car dealerships over the years. Keith I'd been somewhat dreading going in to actually purchase our new vehicle, given all the things I've heard about car dealerships over the years. Keith made the process as pleasant and painless as it could probably be. He did a great job of explaining and sharing the features of the cars we looked at, and most importantly actually listened to what I said and responded to it instead of some kind of personal script without ever being pushy. The finance guy, Tracy, also did an excellent job explaining everything and tailored explaining why he was recommending a warranty to my wife and my's actual explanation of how we used our vehicles, and also listened on the other additional features we ended up declining. They were both professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I walked out happy and with a nice new 2017 Trax! More

I inquired about a vehicle about a year ago and decided to wait for the right time. Keith contacted me a year later to see if I was still interested. I informed him that I had a car with 150k+ miles for a trade in, wanted the same monthly payments, small amount of down payment and needed a lower APR. Owing more on my car than it was worth and my credit history, I felt like there was no way I could get a new car. Keith was able to help me get what I wanted, answered every questions I had and dealt with my indecisiveness, lol. He wasn't pushy like some salesman we've met at other dealership. Our 7 hour drive to Chandler was worth it and they waited for us even if it meant waiting after hours. Thank you for your excellent customer service and getting me into a new Chevy Malibu. I love my car. More
