Hello, Unfortunately, I have no idea who you are or what purchase you are referring to. Please contact us directly so we can try to rectify the situation. There is an MSRP on every new vehicle that list all he equipment including engine size. I would be shocked if you asked us if a vehicle was a V8 and we lied and said it was if it was not. I certainly apologize for nay frustration, but I need more information to investigate properly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello my name is Lonny Ulibarri and i'm the service director and would like to apologize for this concern regarding your tires. We take great pride in providing you with great service and a full safety inspection. We also have installed 2 tire tread depth machines on the service drive that all cars must run over when going into line for the lube department. Acopy of your results is put in your vehicle every time you come in.I don't understand how we failed you, but we did please contact me at 480-735-0302 and i'll pay for both front tires. I tried looking you up, but unable to due to no information. Please contact me and we will take care of your tires at no cost to you.

Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have started a new program for customers in Maricopa County that have over a 600 Isaac score and finance with us-- they receive a $1000 discount. There is only a $1000 difference-- not $3000. It is in a testing period to see how it works out and we have received a lot of favorable responses, however we do realize that not everyone will like the program. My employees certainly did not explain the program correctly, nor did they give you the level of customer service that we expect and that you deserve. We certainly apologize for this and we will try to figure out which employee was involved and train them properly. I understand that you may never return, and I definitely understand. However, if you did come back, you can certainly deal with me directly. Once again, I am sorry that you were not given the level of service that we strive for. Hello Elvin, We are certainly sorry that we were not able to get you approved and that you think so poorly of us. As my finance manager explained to you, we are agreed on numbers, but we must get a bank to approve your loan-- It is the bank's money, so they set the terms on any loan they will give you- They DID approve you, but they were not willing to finance your negative equity with zero down on your part. You did not have the money down, the bank would not budge and we had no room left in the deal, so unfortunately it ends up not being a deal. We probably cannot change your opinion, but we certainly do not have hard feelings. We wanted to get you approved and we tried very hard. Again, we certainly apologize for the frustration and for the way you feel.
