Hello, I apologize for your frustration. Unfortunately, we are not perfect. We have people doing jobs every day and they are going to make mistakes at times. The day you came in, we realized that there was a pricing mistake and we disclosed that to you. We also told you we would honor the price that day but that we were going to fix the price the next day. For reasons of your own, you did not take advantage of the price that day. That is fine and that is your choice. This is definitely not bait and switch. We never tried to raise the price on you or switch you to another unit. If we are willing to honor the price, how could it be bait and switch? I apologize if my sales manager was rude and I will speak with him today. If you bring me the advertised price on any day, mistake or not, I will always honor it. Thank you, Michael Cook

The supplies are generated automatically and are reflected on every repair. The supply charges go to multiple supplies and services needed to keep our facility up to date so we can provide the best service possible to you and your vehicle. The alignment machine used has to be maintained and the most up to date calibrations to ensure the alignment is perfect. In review of you comments I do feel we should not have this charge on a labor only repair. I would be happy to refund your charge of the shop supplies and offer to take care of your next oil change service as a result.
