I stopped in at random with hopes of getting a much needed car and that's exactly what I did! I was greeted by Daymon and Dennis and they listened to what I wanted and presented it quickly. The overall experience was awesome and I didn't have to sit and wait for eons for my paperwork. I was literally out of the door in about an hour and 30 minutes! I'm happy with my new car and have been passing their business cards out like crazy. I will definitely buy my next car from Freeway Chevrolet! More
This dealership is despicable. My husband made the mistake of going to this dealership to purchase a truck. He picked one out and went into the finance office to do the paperwork. He told the finance manager, Jay, that he would not purchase the truck without a warranty and he was told that was no problem so he signed the paperwork. When my husband got home, we discussed the loan on the truck and decided we wanted to use our credit union. We called the dealership to let them know and we were told that would be fine. We were also that we could not get the warranty on the truck. We told them we did not want the truck without the warranty and would be bringing it back. When we got back to the dealership with the truck, we were told there is no such thing as a return policy for cars and that we owned it. My husband told the manager, Sean, that he was not keeping the truck without the warranty he was told we could get and Sean told him he was. As my husband was leaving the dealership he was told that the truck would be towed to our house and that we owned it no matter what. Sure enough, they had the truck towed to our house. What kind of place does this? Lies about what your are buying and then forces you to keep it. Fortunately, we did get in touch with a woman who was willing to help us and they did come and pick up the truck but what a horrible place to deal with. Don't ever go to this dealership and tell anyone you care about to stay as far away as possible More
I am a female and he Scott in service told me I had to pay 190 just for one tire on my car, I said okay but then called back after speaking with my husband and told him that my husband thought that was ou pay 190 just for one tire on my car, I said okay but then called back after speaking with my husband and told him that my husband thought that was outrages and he was taking advantage of me. All of the sudden Scott said that he had not did a online price check yet but was going to. If I did not say anything he would have charged me full price and not though for one second how to help a customer save money and make for a over all GREAT experience. What if I was a single mom and could not really afford that but had to have the tire to commute back and forth to work. I feel that this company is not looking for whats best for their customers and if they did he would have went above and beyond his job to begin with. More

I stopped by on black friday because supposly they had good deals going on. The salesman was nice he told me he was just the messager when he was showimg me numbers. Which is true. I was going to buy a silverado. To be exact an Lt. 4 door. He came back with payments ranging from 800 to 1000 bucks. At 60 months, that is ridiculous the truck was only 30000 plus ttl. I was trading in a car for 500 bucks. Which I didn't mind I jad no use. This is ridiculous this dealership is insane. I told the guy I wasn't going to pay for the add ons. Thwy try to charge for tint on a truck that didn't even have tint LOL then the nitrogen which is 399 I believe com on are you crazy? Then they try to charge me 699 for paint sealent which is BS thwy do not put any paint sealent. Then they said stick price was financing price, another lie. Thwy said inteenet price was cash price which is BS. they try to give a high number at first to make alot of money off you thw more money you put down the more they make because it allows them to get deals approve. At a high interest rate and make 2 points off you. =higher payment. Remember every 1000 dollars you finace equal 15 dollars in payment for 72 months! So much for good black Friday deals. I left and bought at courtesy Chevrolet no hassle at all! More

Within the past year we bought a 2013 Equinox from another dealer. With this experience we were able to see the superb quality and professionalism of Freeway Chevrolet. I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was put through to Rick. He was very polite and he spoke with kindness, making my experience great before I even drove the 30 mil tire rotation and I was put through to Rick. Having never been to this dealership, the service department was easy to locate. I dropped my truck off with ease. My only complaint is that I was told by a different gentleman that the service would only take an hour, and it took 45 minutes longer than that, which is no big deal, since things happen, and luckily I was not waiting at the dealership. The lot attendant who retrieved my truck was polite. They even washed my truck for me, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was covered in farm road dust. Overall, I will definitely return for service in the future. More

I’m not going to go into the entire drama again but I will never, never, EVER do business with LYING, DIRTY, PIECE OF $*** people again! That being said I would like to say Thank you to Tony Lee of Courtesy Chevrolet, he gave me and my wife a call on Saturday saying he can get us in a newer Cruze with lower APR and payments. I couldn’t believe he had the audacity to call me. I got all the info from him that I could and I called my new, BRIGHT AS A SHINY PENNY DEALERSHIP (Freeway Chevrolet) I talked to John t. Huggins on the phone and told him what Courtesy was offering to see if he can match. He said to come on in and he put us in a new car. I didn’t want to drive into town since we live in Queen Creek, in less it was worth it lol. Since we knew what we wanted and what we can afford the process was so much smoother! Kenya Burwell showed us all of the Cruzes on the lot and let us picks which one we loved more. We only had to go back and forth twice with the price, no BS or nonsense like the Evil Empire! We drove off the lot with a brand new 2014 Cruze with RS Package, ended up paying a little more month a month but APR dropped 12%, We just love the car! I talked to Kenya on Monday and told her I notice a few scratches on the car and told me to bring it in to get fixed, I was like what no arguing or I’m lying!! We got a phone call from Tracy Soli saying he can lower or payments and APR if we can pay just a few hundred dollars down! So we got our butts down to the dealership ASAP, we met with Kenya again and we went over the damage with Paul Befort, neither one of them complained about anything I was saying it was just a great feeling. We made appointment to come back in the next morning so they can take care of everything. Kenya also gave my some a model car of Bumble Bee, he just loved it! She even let him sit in the driver seat of the real version of him and let him play with all the buttons. I dropped off the car this morning and I was just so surprise on the notes that Rick Poole was taking, full detailed notes! I ran into someone I met once and she recognized me right away, I met her like 3 months ago to for like 5 mins, thank you Tract Hodges for showing great customer service! All and all I am so glad to do business with you and when I comes time to buying my new Car or Truck I will for sure come back to do business with you. I will defiantly only say positive and great things about your dealership, unlike what I have been saying about the EVIL EMPIRE!! She even let me test drive the SS Camero, she thinks she can get me to change my mind from a WRX LOL. She took care of my family and made sure we understood everything we were buying. The other dealership really made me feel like buying a new car was not special. But you made it a point that the car should be in 100% when the customer drives off! We Had a great Experience, we bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Courtesy Chevrolet in April of 2013. Buying the car was the only good thing that came from that!!! But on Saturday 11/2 we got a phone call from the dude we bought the car from Tony @ Courtesy Chevrolet, he told us to come in and they can get us a better APR and newer car. So we called Freeway to see if they can do what they can. We pulled into Freeway and was greeted right away. Kenya Burwell was our sales women and she did a great and amazing job. We already knew everything there was about the Cruze since we already owned one. But she showed us the new gadgets that the newer Cruze had. We fell in Love with the Black RS model with Custom Interior. "Why" I give them the great Rating is - ALL IN ALL GREAT DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, worked with us on the price of the car and made sure we were happy. Even ended up giving our son a gift even though he wasnt with us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Kenya took pics of my husband and me with our old car to say goodbye. More
