On Weds June 22 I brought my car in to have the window tinting on the rear window replaced. The car was to be finished that afternoon. I called the service department at 530PM since no one had called me b tinting on the rear window replaced. The car was to be finished that afternoon. At this time I was told the car was there and I could come and get it .I needed a ride there and no one was available to pick me up. Had to wait until Thurs AM to get my car. Why?? More

Overall it was a pleasant vehicle purchase and that's what I as a consumer look for in buying a truck. Dwayne was especially helpful & patient as I could buy what ever car or truck I wanted, it just too what I as a consumer look for in buying a truck. My first choice was convertible Camaro, but it just did't suit our needs. Plus our trade in was a 2005 FX Infiniti. I choose the crew cab LTZ , due to it!s horsepower, upgraded exhaust pkg, creature comforts & price/value. this truck is as responsive as the FX, every bit as fast & easy to maneuver in traffic. It's an all around pleasure to drive like the FX was. Dwayne was helpful & available, Mike was also helpful in working out the numbers to complete the purchase. Tracy Solis, is a pleasant finance manager with a nice personality. It was an overall pleasant experience. More

Sure the economy is tight and there is lots of compatition out there, but from that first handshake over five years ago I knew Craig was a trustworthy and honest guy. More

Our overall experience was satisfactory until we put fuel in the truck for the first time. I opened the fuel door and took the fuel cap off and it fell to the ground. On the Silverado's there is a plastic co in the truck for the first time. I opened the fuel door and took the fuel cap off and it fell to the ground. On the Silverado's there is a plastic connector that holds the cap to the truck. I purchased the truck as is so this would seem understandable, however, before we took delivery on the truck, our salesman, Jim Rule, filled the fuel tank. This means that he knew this was an issue and he didn't disclose it. It may seem simple, however, it is still dishonest. Bottom line, our almost perfect experience was brought to a dissapointment over a seemingly simple oversight. Once again, chalk one up for the used car salesmen. More
