This dealer is #1,wish I found them years ago!Went in with my trade,explained what I wanted to do and 3 hours later I was leaving in my new ride.They even bought me and the wifey a sub,so we didn't get o with my trade,explained what I wanted to do and 3 hours later I was leaving in my new ride.They even bought me and the wifey a sub,so we didn't get over hungry and make a poor decision.No push and shove at all.I will defintely go back and I will highly recommend this dealer!I just can't say enough about the sales team at Freeway Chevy,Thx guys..!!! Bought a car on Friday night had to bring it back on Saturday morning do to the passenger rear door would not open from the inside also the air bag light came on on the way home Friday night. I need to bring the car back in again because the head liner is falling down and some of the Crome trim around the shifter is pealin off. Was told I had alloy wheels to later find out they were Crome hub caps. I was a little disappointed in the car for being a certified car. Would think a little harder before I buy another car from there and not sure if I would come back to buy another. When I bring the car in the service was good. More
I wish I bought my first new vehicle from Freeway, as I would have never gone anywhere else. From purchase to service it has been an outstanding experience. Your dealership stands behind their words and you don't find that sincerity often Dave didn't even know I was comming in because my engine light was on, yet he showed such care and concern for not just the vehicle, but for the safety of myself and children. I called from the road and gave virtually no notice for appointment and Dave still took care of me and found the issuse and even had my car washed and changed the oil since I was already there. Everone works off of a schedule-but Dave was more concerned to look at my vehilcle to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong and put his schedule aside. Should have walked away after they said they used the wrong vin number on paperwork and price went up. And after that they would not even open to throwing in a bedliner or towing package. The finance mgr wrong vin number on paperwork and price went up. And after that they would not even open to throwing in a bedliner or towing package. The finance mgr was suppose to call me the next day to let me know everything was finalized, he called a week later. They say they will wash vehicle with every service.... They do not. Do not buy here!!! More
I received two recall notices, was promptly provided an appointment and the inspections competed in a timely manner. I left my car and went on about my business that day and was contacted when the car was appointment and the inspections competed in a timely manner. I would like to start off by stating that I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership before. Great place to buy. I went into the dealership about 1 1/2 weeks ago to see about purchasing a Bra purchased a vehicle from this dealership before. Great place to buy. I went into the dealership about 1 1/2 weeks ago to see about purchasing a Brand New 2011 Tahoe. I met with one sales person to go over pricing on the new car. He brought out his manager (heavy set guy / beard with tattoos on arms). He was about 27/28 yrs old. We could not come to an agreement on trade in value and pricing on new car. The manager then proceeds to tell me he can sell me a 2004 Yukon for about $14k. Mind you, I came in for a 2011 Tahoe. Why on earth would I want to buy a 2004 Yukon (wrong year, wrong model, wrong color & USED!). He did not even take the time to look at my 2003 Tahoe. Then proceeded to get up, shook my hand and started to walk away. As he is walking about, still looking back and talking to me and letting me know when I am ready to buy, to come back as he is heading off to meet with another possible buyer. I have say, a little disrespected on his part. Given that I am a customer, wanting/willing to buy, would not put in the effort to take the time look at my car and negotiate on price. About a week later, I get a call from Dennis (Fleet sales person). He is the original person I went into see, but was with another customer at the time. He wanted to call me to see if he could earn my business. He checked around to see if they had a Tahoe that met my needs. He ended up finding a new 2011 Tahoe that I was looking for. We ended up making the deal happen and I bought the vehicle. Now, come to find out, after all the negotiating, dealing and buying, their sister dealership (Chapman), had the car advertised for $2000.00 less on the internet than what the price I was given. Although I ended up getting the car for a little less than that advertised price, I was negotiating off of a price $2k ($37k+) more and should of been negotiating off of a advertised price ($35k+). At the end, I do feel that I was taken for about $2000.00 more than what I should have paid. I would love if Freeway Chevrolet came back to me after this survey and handed me a check for $2000.00 That would be HUGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! For my records, I did take the time to print off the Chapman advertised internet price. More
