Craig did a great job with my truck. I have a 2009 Chevy silverado that was having some issues. Craig did a great job fixing it. Along with fixing it I was stuck at work and couldnt pick up the truck until silverado that was having some issues. Craig did a great job fixing it. Along with fixing it I was stuck at work and couldnt pick up the truck until Sunday and the service department was closed. The dealership doesnt open till 10am and I got off work at 8am. Craig new I would have to wait 2 hours to get my truck. So he brought it down to me at work. It saved me a ton of time. I just wanted to thank Craig at Freeway Chevrolet for going above and beyond. We love Freeway Chevrolet. The dealership is always clean & employee's friendly and willing to help never have to wait long. The waiting area is very nice food, drink, T.V. it makes it much more comfortable & employee's friendly and willing to help never have to wait long. Everybody's friendly. No presssure. Very accomodating. And this on Friday of Labor Day Weekend. Thanks, keep it up. We scheduled the appointment for 8 am. But then we learned that would be a problem because of other errands, seen and unforseen. So I called in, asked if after 10:30 am would be ok for drop off, and were told fine. I got a ride home mid morning on the shuttle. The car was serviced, and ready at a reasonable hour in the afternoon. Well done. More

Every time I get my vehicle serviced it takes a while for someone to help me. Once someone does the experience is great; however, this happens every time, and I only get my vehicle serviced at your location someone to help me. It gets annoying. If I wasn't a VIP for oil chnages I would not get my car fixed at this dealership. More
