Great salesman My husband and I went in and got a brand new car with the help of Tim and Patrick. They were such great people and took their time to find us the perf My husband and I went in and got a brand new car with the help of Tim and Patrick. They were such great people and took their time to find us the perfect vehicle. Everyone was great but the only downfall was the wait time, we were there for 6 hours but after all those hours, the car we bought was totally worth it. Patrick and Tim made sure we were comfortable and Tim continuously apologizes for the wait time. Before we left the dealership, Tim took his time and went over almost every feature in our new car. We are very happy with the purchase and the kids love our car new car! Thanks Ford! More

More work was necessary than expected, so I will return in a couple of weeks. Having the oil change/service agreement is a good thing for me, because I don't have to think about what needs to be done to maintain my vehicle. Service was polite and efficient. Likewise, the warranty helps a lot, especially after 60,000 miles. More
