Dissatisified customer Overall I was satisfied with the level of service and professionalism during the drop off for a recall service. However once I picked up the vehicle there was trash from the repair left in the vehicle, there was a bolt on the floor, which did not get reinstalled, and the radio antenna was not connected as I cannot listen to the radio. I called the service department back approximately 5 minutes after leaving the dealership and it was clearly an inconvenience for the person I was speaking to. In addition, the individual didn't even offer an apology. Basically he just said to call back and schedule the service to fix the mistake. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the service at Freeway Ford. More

I worked with Fernando initially over the phone and email, and he was very responsive to my questions. Freeway Ford was fair in their price and the sale went smoothly. As an "out of towner" they even helped me with vehicle shipping prices. Fernando was friendly, professional, and made the car buying experience a breeze. Maintenance plan part of lease agreement , paid extra for it. Oil ,wiper blades , rotated tires.
