He made my transition from a purchase to a lease a breeze. He was quick to provide me with the new car information within an hour of initially speaking. I am now in a 2019 Escape coming from a 2016 Escape and I am so happy! Brian showed me the new auto features and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable with the Escape.
