The work was done timely Brought Mustang in for airbag recall. The work was done timely. However, the service personnel could use a little customer service 101. When calling for the appointment, the individual on the phone had no "friendliness" in his voice. Sounded like he was mad. When I picked up my vehicle, the woman at the cashier's desk was very friendly and the individual who brought my car around was equally as nice. However, when I went into the service area to ask the price of a couple of things, the service guy, again, was not very friendly. Not even a hello. All I got was "Can I help you?" Kind of rude. More
