Warranty Work Had a tune up including spark plugs done at Freedom Ford.. When one of plugs failed a short time later, they stood by the work and replaced for free. Oil change & recalled part replacement They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions politely and didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't need. We dropped off my vehicle and expected to get it the next day. Within an hour and a half it was done and we could go pick it up. It was washed and fixed and the price was much better than my last oil change at a chain that I will never go back to. All my servicing needs will be done there from now on. I didn't use the waiting room but saw it when I went to pay. It was very clean and I would have no problem waiting there for my next appointment. More
