Basically, I wanted to have all the details of the car buying process resolved before I entered the dealership. During this entire process, Tim either answered his telephone immediately or called me back within 60 to 90 minutes, even on his 'day off'. E-mail communication was always very thorough. Tim was one of the nicest, professional and informed sales consultant I have met. The price was very competitive - no negotiation was required. Upon entering the dealership there was an issue with the selected car.(I take most of the responsibility for not doing some due diligence on my own behalf.) How did the dealership handle this issue - they gave me a significant upgrade FREE OF CHARGE. I have never experienced this type of customer service during my many decades of purchasing automobiles. Freeway Ford and Tim Ross valued my business, made the whole process effortless and showed me absolutely exceptional customer service. More
