Good service Needed a new water pump and oil change. Had the truck towed in a day early and the service manager, Brian, wrote it up. The diagnosed the problem that afternoon and had it done by 10:30am the next day, sooner than I expected. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars this time is due to the technician not replacing the oil change sticker. Not a big deal but it shouldn't be missed. Otherwise very happy with Freeway Ford service department. More

Additional Problems I had brought my truck in for a couple recalls and general maintenance. I also told them I had a small oil leak on my driveway. They told me it was I had brought my truck in for a couple recalls and general maintenance. I also told them I had a small oil leak on my driveway. They told me it was only a seal needed on the oil plug. Less than one week later I was back now with a much larger oil leak on my driveway. Now I was told that I needed a different part replaced for an additional $400.00. I find it hard to understand how in less than 1 week after service, that this new leak suddenly appeared and was to be repaired on my dime. More
