The only negative was that it took them two hours to complete a basic service, even though I had the first appointment slot of the day. Makes me wonder if they schedule appointments for 7am but the mechanics don’t actually arrive until 8. More

Oscar was exceptional from start to finish: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my interaction with the finance manager, Amber Rosales, was not nearly as positive. While she was very attentive and engaged when presenting add-on packages like tire and mileage protection, her demeanor changed noticeably once I declined them. She became short and dismissive, and didn't even congratulate us on the purchase of our new vehicle. It left a disappointing final impression after what had otherwise been a good experience. I understand that commissions are part of the job, but customer service shouldn't disappear when a sale doesn't go as hoped. A more professional and courteous approach would have made a big difference. More
