I was lied to, by omission of information on arrival time of car. This caused major stress in my life and a team of employees due to my needing to be back to work. Then I received very minimal instruction on of car. This caused major stress in my life and a team of employees due to my needing to be back to work. Then I received very minimal instruction on the information system. I finally had to go to a dealership in the San Francisco East Bay where they were extremely helpful and where I saw a number of corolla cross hybrids that could not be offered in Gilroy. Very poor treatment for someone paying 45,000. The sale was done so after that they had no interest in my needs. This has made it difficult to enjoy this new car. More
