The dealership is fine has a spacious waiting area a good amount of seating snacks for guests and restrooms, easily accessible. The only issue is sometimes service takes a long time. I had an oil change, alignment and tire rotation and it took 4 1/2 hours. I understand that they were very backed up, but I did have an appointment and I showed up on time. The service person was very nice, but it was not communicated to me how long it might take, and I only found out they were behind through overhear other customers complaints. More

The complete process was well streamlined and timely, from securing a service date/time to driving off the lot after the service was complete and receiving a final text to close the loop. As I also focus on customer service for my employer, it is very important to ensure good communication. Disappointingly, I arrived with certain expectations that were not met, and believe it was a result of the communication/conversation with the Service Rep. when confirming the service details (at the prior service) ... I did not receive the details I needed to support the service on the 11th and my mistake that I did not request further details. Would be helpful to confirm the service details at the time of the service reservation, and again at time of arrival. However, every visit has been welcomed with personalized support and follow-up ... thank you! I have, and will continue to refer friends and family to Gilroy Toyota :) Thanks again! More
