The gentleman who greets you is the very welcoming, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Then it gets worse! Everyone is plrasant but very ineffective. I feel like I got the run around many times. The third time they gave me a loaner after I complained. They didn't fix it until the day I went to pick it up, despite having it for 5 days. They knew they had jerked me around so they offered to detail my car and put gas in it. It was pretty close to full to start! Yet they still charged me the full price after the rep told me he would "take care of me." The clincher is that while they did something the noise I had complained about is still there. I have to go back. One time I called and asked to speak to the person in charge and they transferred me to 2 different sales guys before I was back to service. I am questioning my decision to buy a Toyota. The reason I bought a new car was to avoid all this. More
