Worst post purchase customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a RAV4 and had to get service to make my new key as the sales rep never responded and his colleagues covered for him as to w encountered. I purchased a RAV4 and had to get service to make my new key as the sales rep never responded and his colleagues covered for him as to where the second key was. Never got return calls from the sales manager where inleft messages at least 3 times. After 3 weeks I connected with the service dept who had the key made after a week. The story I was given upon purchase was that they were to mail me the second key which was an impossible statement (unknown at that time) as they need the car to program it. Buy somewhere else. Service dept is amazing. More

I walked in knowing my parameters on what i wanted and wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great!
