Pleasant but as expected I was extremely clear about what I wanted when I came in. I felt dismayed at the process. All the trips to the "back room". making a big sales pitch o I was extremely clear about what I wanted when I came in. I felt dismayed at the process. All the trips to the "back room". making a big sales pitch out of car wax and oil changes. These extras are nice but not huge selling points. As I was reluctant the deal kept getting better. This undermines my confidence in the system. Why was the best deal not the first deal. Perhaps this is just what it has always been ....sales. My budget is more serious than "falling in love" with a car that does not fit it. I am extremely practical. Payments are important but the bottom line is still the bottom line. I have a reliable car I believe but the process was painful. I only write this so you can be aware of the impact this has on a customer. More
