I love chevys, but, Stay away from this chevrolet dealer. Liars, awful customer service, over priced work, excuses, excuses, excuses...They had my car for a month after I had was told the part for my car wou Liars, awful customer service, over priced work, excuses, excuses, excuses...They had my car for a month after I had was told the part for my car would be there in three days. The part didn't arrived for another 3 weeks. I was never contacted by my service adviser; I had to contact him to get an update on what was going on with my car. after they received the part for my car they took anther 4 day to fix my car. Per GM service manual the labor time to fix my car was 2.5 hours. (New fuel regulator and hose) after making several calls to ther service manager all he gave me was excuses on why fixing my car was taking so long to fix. He even told me that he has been in this business for 18 years and some times it take longer than expected. It became apparent to me that the Tech working on my car was not qualified to do the work that he was assigned. The service manager told me later, he had to get another tech to work on my car. I was then lied to, they told me, the oil change for my car would cost me $400.00. They charged me $634.00 for an oil change. I also told my serviece adviser NOT to wash my car appond pick up. they washed my car leaving swirls mark on it. after adviing the service manager of this, he did offer to put my car though his $200,000 car wash machine and polish it for me. This poor review could have been avoided if the service manager would have be upfront with me from the being, by returning my calls, letting me know what was realy going on with the Tech, and not over chargeing me for the oil change, and keeping me up to date. If I could give this dealership a; 0, I would. More

I just bought a Bolt from this dealership and I have very positive customer service experience. The guys there are good decent people. I suggest you to do your homework first before you go there and test d positive customer service experience. The guys there are good decent people. I suggest you to do your homework first before you go there and test drive the car you like. The price they put in the internet is not the final prices... and you still can negotiate in the dealership, unlike Tesla or Ford that you have to pay the internet price when you order online. Overall, I have a good experience and I highly recommend Fremont Chevrolet! More

Took my car in to diagnose an oil leak which they said fixed! After paying over 2000.00 for that fix, a week later it was leaking again. Took it back in and they wanted another 2600.00 to fix a problem th fixed! After paying over 2000.00 for that fix, a week later it was leaking again. Took it back in and they wanted another 2600.00 to fix a problem that should have been diagnosed the first time! They said that they would have to redo what was done the first time to fix the second problem! I felt like I was being taken, so I refused that service and now seeking a second opinion elsewhere! I've had the same problem with this dealership's service department before! More

Since they advertise their inventory nationally and we are currently in the Covid-19 crisis where most transactions are done remotely, you would think that online sales we be easy... you'd think... So, I was contacted by Raymond Sultani, his title "internet sales manager", great! this guy knows what up... nope. Facetime walk through is fine, so I ask about shipping, "um not sure about that, let me ask" you sell on the internet, but not sure of shipping? The very first picture in their ad says in big letters: "complimentary shipping", "internet manager" isn't familiar with his own internet ad! Redflag! "yes, we can do shipping, where are you located"... "I'm in Burbank/Los Angeles area" ... "hmnn where exactly is that?"... I guess I shouldn't expect much from a used car salesman, but really? the manger of internet sales isn't familiar with where Los Angeles is? it's that tiny little town about 5 hours south of you... "ummn, let me see if we can ship there"... not sure? I'm in L.A. not mars! So, our internet "manager" does figure out it is possible to ship a car 5 hours away, but it is not complimentary... Fine, I'm still in... Soo... I'm going to buy the car, he runs the numbers the total is $46.9k, I tell him I will buy it on the spot for $45.5, (I was going to buy it either way, but thought it couldn't hurt to ask) he says probably can't go that low but might be able to do $46k, I said great, I'll do it!... "let me talk to my manager and give you a call back"... ohh.. about 7 hours goes by... no return call... I text him "thanks for calling me back"... he responds with: "...I was busy with customers, call you in the morning" Really!? last time I checked I was a customer...in the middle of a deal no less! I responded accordingly, and told him not to bother calling back. I am done... AND to add insult to injury, I continue to receive emails from him inquiring about my "interest" in the vehicle... sorry no longer interested... stop emailing me. Even in these difficult times, I guess these guys have soo much business the can afford to blow off customers... good luck with that... More

Service center is a joke. I brought my truck in a for one part and came back to a $2,000 bill due to service finding other issues, supposedly. When I asked for an explanation of my bill, the Service GM made part and came back to a $2,000 bill due to service finding other issues, supposedly. When I asked for an explanation of my bill, the Service GM made up a story about how non-electrical and electrical parts were damaged by a bad alternator in different areas of the car. When I called a well known automotive service center to seek advice, they said whoever told me that reason. Either doesn’t know anything about cars or needs to make quota, or is both. Two words, RUN FAST. More

Service people, some of them are good; most advisors as you know fall in the dealership culture. We got a car from here, and the salesperson was limping; so my wife got concerned and told him that she can give natural vitamin to take care of his problem. That salesperson got a bottle from her, never paid her and instead of payment started sending her indecent texts and photos. When my wife reported to his boss, his boss reported to the general manager and HR; all 3 said they will take care of the problem and they never did. The GM said, though it is quite indecent, it is your personal matter. Overall really unprofessional culture. Not against Chevy cars, but if you want them, do go to a professional dealer and not this one please. More

It's been 4 months that my car is at the service center with no progress made. The service personnel were extremely rude when I questioned them on the strangely long duration it's taking to fix the car. When I told them that I don't understand why the repair process is taking so long, the response I got was - " We don't expect you to understand since you don't work in the car business". Cheated and Insulted!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read my review in detail before WASTING your valuable time at this dealership. This is by far the WORST experience I have had, le PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read my review in detail before WASTING your valuable time at this dealership. This is by far the WORST experience I have had, leasing a car. I have had many leases in the past from Honda, BMW etc. and all of these had been a breeze. Let me explain what happened here. I contacted this dealership regarding a BOLT EV LT 2018 lease and was promptly given numbers on the phone. The numbers looked good to me. As soon as I received the numbers, I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and drove all the way in heavy traffic from San Jose. I then test drove the car, liked it and began the paperwork. The salesman even setup logins, took copies of all documents etc. All positive till here. Now comes the NEGATIVE part. Once the initial paperwork was complete, my salesman went to meet his manager, (Isaac) to get his final approval. At this time, Isaac, informs that this deal was agreed with another manager, Matt, who was not in the office and that this deal cannot be agreed on. If the deal is to be agreed with Isaac, I have to pay 44 dollars higher, monthly. I really felt that there was something fishy. It felt like one of those dealerships who call you in promising to get you a cheap number and when you come in, they raise the prices. My salesman did his best to convince him, however he came back unsuccessful. I then told my salesman that I would talk to Isaac myself. Isaac refused to come and meet us and asked our salesman to have us LEAVE and come back when Matt was here. This is by far the worst someone can treat you, especially when you are their customer. By this time, even the car had returned from the detailing department and was all cleaned up and ready to be driven. We were at the delearship for almost 2 hours!!!! When I walked out of the showroom, they realized that I am not ready to pay 44 dollars more monthly. Today my salesman called and asked me to pay another 700 dollars more in the downpayment to get the agreed monthly price. In simple words, the managers except Matt ( I have not personally spoken to Matt yet), are big time crooks. They try their best to squeeze every single penny from their customers. They are too arrogant to even come and talk to their customers in person. I wasted my valuable time on Friday evening coming to this dealership. Hope the readers of this review will save their time. I will surely post this review to other sources as well, like Facebook, Yelp, cargurus etc. This will surely raise awareness. Bottomline: If you commit to a price, honor it. Don't fool your customers. Also, learn to talk to people before calling yourself a so-called manager. I really feel cheated!!!! More

He also kept making me uncomfortable by calling me love and saying that he is treating me like a daughter in front of my dad. Was told my car would be ready at 2pm on Friday. I called at noon on Friday just to confirm with my service adviser, Benny. He answered and said “i told you 2 o clock.” In a very rude voice and hung up on me. It’s now 4:30pm and I still have not even received a call telling me that it may take longer or anything. I have been bringing my car here to be serviced since I got it and I will not bring it back here because I am in utter disgust with Benny and his rude tone and accusing me of lying. Why would I bring my car in and spend money for no reason???? Terrible customer service. More
