Better than I could have hoped! We are pulling a 29' Travel Trailer around the country with our 2004 Expedition. On a trip into town, while camped at Buffalo Bill State Park outside of Cody, the engine suddenly developed a significant misfire condition. I stopped at an auto parts store to get the codes read and the result was "Multiple Random Misfire". Not encouraging. After checking with the Fremont Motors Service Department, I was told that, since we were traveling, if I could bring it in at 7:30 the next morning, they would try to work it in. I did so and was given the keys to a loaner, so I could return to the campground and await their findings. By noon, I was back at the campground again with my own, repaired vehicle. They determined that cyl 3 had a bad coilpac and cyl 1 had a bad spark plug. The service was great, the rates fair and we are free to go merrily on our way. Thanks Brock and Jason! Well done! If you're in the Cody area and have trouble with your Ford, Dodge or Jeep, take it to these folks! They're wonderful! More

They got me a loaner vehicle due to an extreme circumstance, got my vehicle repaired rapidly and kept me informed every step of the way. I was a mechanic for many years before I became a doctor, and am very picky about the work done on my cars. They did great. Highly recommend. More

Three failures to fix leak, rude general manager I sent my vehicle in to have a leak fixed on the timing chain cover, it came back leaking worse. So I sent it back and told me it was a new leak not related to the service they had just performed. I have mechanical experience and talked to my mechanic brother as well, it was leaking from the same spot, they would not fix their mistake. I have to go through them for my extended warranty or I would have gone else where, it cost an additional $1000 + to fix it it came back leaking again. Again it was in the same area that they just serviced, they would not fix it I tried going up the ladder to get it fixed, the general manager was very rude and said he would not help. I will not be going back they are crooks at that dealership. More

Being we are from California, and in the middle of a vacation, it was nice to have someone go the extra mile to get us through the experience of being broken down several hundred miles away from home. She kept us appraised regarding the various issues, progress as it happened to our truck and returned my many phone calls. Based on my experience, Kristine is one of those employees that make a difference. I would recommend Fremont Motors of Casper for any issues. More

Truth be told, the only real reason I went to Fremont was because of Josh Reichwald (and no I don't know him outside of Fremont). He was able to put together a good deal for my wife and I even though I wasn't excited about having to trade-in my car. I already had my own financing, but Michelle still seemed like a very nice person to work with while signing papers. More
