We were traveling West from Montana to Wisconsin in my 3-series BMW, and had an alternator go out. We made it to this dealership, and the staff there was incredible, even before we thought of simply purc 3-series BMW, and had an alternator go out. A salesman had a tech come out and check the alternator strength, which confirmed our thoughts. Glynis was extremely kind and thoughtful, allowing us to use the dealerships phone to go through our Plan A, B, and C. We settled on trading my car in to purchase a new (used) vehicle. Glynis was very helpful during the entire process and really knew what I was looking for, instead of xx'ing me around. Matt was also very kind and a pleasant reminder of our home state. I have no regrets about this dealership, and honestly wish I lived in Wyoming so I can continue being a customer. I wouldn't have gotten that kind of service back here in Wisconsin, it was truly unreal. Well done. More

When I asked what the asking price of the 2012 Chevy Impala I purchased, everyone I asked cleverly avoided that question. The asking price was not made available to me until it came time to close the de Impala I purchased, everyone I asked cleverly avoided that question. We were very pleased with the salesman we had as we had already talked to him several times prior to making the trip to Sheridan. I couldn't decide on my first apperance so I requested to meet with her again the following morning to drive a few units again and she made sure to be there for me at the time I requested. After deciding on the pu I wanted I wanted a bed liner installed and a leather finish applied prior to taking my new truck home. Fremont took care of that in a timely manner. I was very happy with the rundown she gave me on the day I picked my pickup up. I still can't beleive everything you have at your disposal as far as the phone and climate control. More
