We were traveling to the Big Horn mountains from Wisconsin when I noticed a nocking in my engine. It was a Saturday and was able to find a local service station near Sheridan. I asked him if he new anyone else in Sheridan or should I go to the Ford dealer. He said to definitely go to the Ford dealer. Logan the service advisor happen to stop in on his day off. He took a half hour to try and figure out the problem and it looked like it could be serious. He also said it would probably be Thurday before they could get at it, it was the week of the 4th so I wasn't surprised. At the same time I was considering buying a new truck instead and was talking to Glynis Johnson about that. She was very helpful and understanding. Not surprisingly I couldn't get the trade in value I would have liked considering no one knew exactly what my problem was. Under normal circumstances, I woundn't hesitate buying a new vehicle from Glynis or Fremont. I let Logan know that if there was any way we could get the truck buy Thursday so we could get home, I certainly would appreciate it. I never expected it to happen. We rented a car and had a great five days in the mountains. Well, they did get to it on Tuesday, ordered the new camshaft we needed which came in to late on Thursday for them to finish until Friday morning. I couldn't believe it but they put us up in a Hotel, let us borrow a car and we had a great time in Sheridan on Thursday night. Considering everthing, we couldn't have been happier! People in Sheridan are lucky to have such a Great Dealership! More

I didn't intend on buying a new vehicle. We were just going to look, but when Misti showed us the 2011 Ford Explorer, we immediately fell head over heels.
