Micky is a good service manager, but it takes TOO long. They handed me a filter and said they'd install it next time because the tech couldn't get the broken glove box open. I came in for free inspections (solicited by an email from Fremont Toyota), and to get a battery terminal fixed, but I ended up with a 30k mile service (which is fine), but inspections were supposed to include a 15% discount. I asked about a discount - do you have a senior discount? A repeat customer discount? I got a 5% discount. Seems like the free inspection and 15% discount is a little misleading, but I was happy to get the 5% discount. I trust Micky so this is just a statement about my experience not a complaint. More
