Full transparency: - I’m putting this same review on different platforms. - I’m a real person who bought a real car. - I do reviews for the same reason people read them: different perspectives, full disclosure, and clearing up confusion. My wife and I bought a RAV4 PHEV here yesterday. It’s ok to be fearful when you’re buying a car for the first time, or first time in a long time. We felt the same way, especially since it’s been more than 15 years for us. The new car technology has evolved so much that we feel left behind. It’s hard to figure out how much of the new technology we really need. Plus, when visiting a car dealership for a more hands-on experience, many salespeople can get pushy. We did not feel that way when we walked into Envision Toyota at Milpitas, CA. The open showroom was a showcase for cars, not a sales trap. Ms. Pari Juergens was our sales representative, and it’s best to go line-by-line with how she treated us. 1. She’s warm and welcoming. Before we walked into her office to talk business, she made sure we knew where the refreshments and bathrooms were. It’s little things, but they make the encounter more comfortable. 2. She’s relatable. She wasn’t into sales talk. It was about getting to know you and your needs as the customer. She asked about our driving lifestyle. When talking about the Prius Prime, she got excited about the seemingly inexhaustible driving range. In comparison with another Toyota dealer around our area, the sales guy was pushy, trying to get us to commit to a car we didn’t even want. That was on our first stop, and he was already hyping up the car. What’s worse is that he was talking smack about Plug-in Hybrids and how they’re slow to charge. Getting out from there was like trying to pry a tick from my skin. 3. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge of cars and logistics helped us understand more about the market, without pressuring us with scarcity marketing. She answered our questions thoroughly and with genuine reassurance. 4. She’s detail-oriented. Going back to the part where buying a car can be scary, Pari made sure she didn’t miss a step when showing us the features and perks of the car during the test drives. Some people would take that as an opportunity to brag or even make you feel ignorant. Pari gave us a friendly tour of the car and talked about how Toyota’s redesigns have evolved through the years. When it came to safety and technology, she showed excitement and sincere awe at Toyota’s products. 5. She understands family. Having a teenager and a toddler tag along can be a challenge. She was having great conversations with our sons while showcasing the car. She also went above and beyond by taking them on a tour of other cars while my wife and I did the busy work of doing boring paperwork. She also got the kids involved with adding the temporary registration on the car and getting it ready for us. 6. She’s reassuring. Even after the signing, she made sure not to let us leave until we understood the safety features and all the perks of being Toyota owners. She went into great and useful detail on how to contact Toyota for any issues. She also gave us a tour of the lobby and introduced us to the supply and maintenance teams. She helped us schedule our first maintenance appointment and walked us through the maintenance schedule for the rest of the warranty and maintenance period. If you’re looking for a new car, especially with the electric vehicle tax credit going away on September 30, this is the best dealer to stop by (I’m not advocating panic buying, yes, it’s going to go away). Make sure to talk to Pari or any of the sales team for a great deal on a great automaker brand. Envision yourself in a brand-new Toyota at Envision Toyota in Milpitas.

I did my homework before coming to Dublin Toyota—built a Tundra online, reviewed financing, and sent my info over expecting a professional experience. It went downhill from there. First, the salesperson wouldn't even call me; I had to chase him down to confirm my availability. When I arrived, the experience was a comedy of errors: Zero Inventory Knowledge: He immediately tried to push a used model I had no interest in, then literally wandered the lot because he didn’t know where the Tundras were parked. Bizarre Disorganization: He finally led me to a row of "new" trucks, only for me to open the door of one and find it belonged to a customer, complete with their personal belongings inside. Completely Uninformed: He couldn't answer a single basic question about the truck. I literally had to pull out my own phone and look at Toyota’s website to get answers. I knew far more than he did. No Discovery: He never asked what I needed the truck for, what my monthly budget was, what I wanted for my trade-in, or how much I wanted to put down. After test-driving a 1794 and an SR5, he completely ignored my hesitation and aggressively pushed for a deposit. When I asked for my trade-in keys back, they joked about "not holding me hostage"—a comment that instantly made me realize that’s exactly what they were doing. I am absolutely buying a Tundra 1794 (non-hybrid), but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to give a commission to a salesperson who knows nothing about the product they are selling. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They added hidden fees of $599 and another $399 for a "window anti-theft" package on a used car. The vehicle already had this installed, and it wasn't something I requested or chose, so the extra charges felt unjustified. The online listing also showed the car with its original rims, but when I arrived, they had been replaced with cheap wheel covers. That was misleading and not what was advertised. On top of that, the salesperson talked a lot but avoided answering my questions about the car itself. Instead of giving clear, direct answers, they kept changing the subject, which made the experience frustrating and made it difficult to trust what I was being told. Overall, I felt the advertising was misleading, the added fees were unnecessary, and the customer service was poor. I recommend that anyone considering buying a car from this dealership carefully review all fees and make sure the vehicle matches the online listing before making a purchase.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Patricio Lopez at Toyota Sunnyvale. If you are in the market for a car, PLEASE ask for Patricio! From the very first day I met him, Patricio was kind, respectful, transparent, open, and honest with me. Most importantly, he was NEVER pushy. I had already visited dealerships in San Francisco, Daly City, and Redwood City and had some really discouraging experiences with pricing above MSRP, condescending tone, and sketchy sales tactics that made me uncomfortable. Meeting Patricio was such a breath of fresh air. I literally felt relieved. This was my first vehicle purchase, first time financing a car, and my first really big purchase, so the whole process was intimidating for me. Patricio walked me through everything step by step and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. He explained my options honestly and even helped point out which warranty/packages could actually be beneficial for me versus ones that probably weren’t necessary. I never felt like he was trying to squeeze more money out of me — I felt like he genuinely wanted me to make the right decisions for myself. And he told me numerous times he was never trying to pressure me to make a decision. And this man deserves an award for his patience 😂. We waited THREE MONTHS for my 2026 Toyota RAV4 after the original vehicle ended up getting QC’d. Somehow Patricio was more patient than I was throughout the entire ordeal. I’ll admit I got impatient and upset at times, but he reassured me my time would come. At some point I did lose faith!!!! Even though I knew he was incredibly busy, he was as responsive as he could be and always made me feel like I was important and that my purchase mattered. Honestly, working with him didn’t feel like dealing with a stereotypical car salesperson. It felt like having a family friend helping me buy my first car. That’s how comfortable and taken care of I felt. I’ve already told my family all about him, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. After some of the dealership experiences I had before coming here, I feel incredibly blessed, lucky, and grateful that I ended up meeting someone as genuine, cool, and awesome as Patricio. Patricio, if you see this, THANK YOU for helping me through such a huge milestone in my life and for making my first car-buying experience something I’ll always remember so positively. I had a great time buy a new corolla cross. Mr. Alonso Cortez in sales was great he was able to find one and even keep on hold for me to show up to just look at it. He went in detail and guided me thru the corolla cross and it's safety features. Went with me with test drive and should me all the extra features and informed me about the remote unlock and lock and start using the app. Then while waiting for the finance. He would check up and let me know how everything was going roughly how much more time it would take. Then when I went to finance Mr. J.K. khilnani and Mr.Alfonso Plascencia were both fantastic. They explained all the option was even surprised that toyota offered 8yr warranty. Great option for the service plans. After going and roughly calculating the miles I would be driving and were able to fit the best plan for me and best one that would make sense to purchase. It was no pressure when selecting. It honestly was a great experience. Thru out the whole time nothing felt pressured it was like dealing with nothing but family and friends the whole time. And even before I left they made sure all my questions were answered. If anyone i know is looking for a toyota and wants better then excellent service I will be highly recommending them to visit them. And if their parts and service dept are anything like the 3 gentleman the I delt with I will be coming back here for my services and when i want to get my next toyota i will definitely be coming back here in the future.
