Fremont Toyota - Service Center

I send my new car for the first service. No one tell me when it is do. So I called the service department, one lady check the INFO and tell me my car is ready to pick. When I picked the car and drive to my when it is do. So I called the service department, one lady check the INFO and tell me my car is ready to pick. When I picked the car and drive to my home. I found my new car was scratched. So on next working day, I went to the service boots, they told me my car was scratched before the service. First, I didn't found the scratched when I drive the car to dealer. Second, the service manager indeed check my car, but he didn't told me there was a scratch. I think, by your routing, he should told me if the were something wrong. So I need to repair my new car. It is a very very very bad experience. More
